<h1>Discover the Côtes d'Armor.</h1>
<p>The Côtes d'Armor (North Brittany) is one of the four departments of Brittany, along with Ile et Vilaine, Morbihan and Finistère.  Its spectacular coastal landscapes, its beaches, its breathtaking cliffs - Plouha at 106m - and its towns full of character make it a very popular region. It is divided into four coasts</p>

<li><a href="https://lesciresjaunes.com/en"><strong>cirés jaunes</strong></a> are on the Goëlo coast between Paimpol and the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, an exceptional natural site, classified as a nature reserve.  A sight to behold for all our bird-watching guests!</li>
<li>To the west, the Pink Granite Coast, with its granite rocks and pink sandy beaches, lights up at sunset.</li>
<li>To the east, the Penthièvre coast, stretching from Cap Frehel to the Pointe de Pléneuf via Erquy, with its moors, cliffs and pink sandstone. A unique landscape that will take your breath away.</li>
<li>The Emerald Coast is located on the north coast of Brittany between Cancale and Cap Fréhel. Its name comes from the emerald colour of the sea.</li>

<p>The Pink Granite Coast offers postcard-perfect scenery. There are plenty of walking trails to choose from, including the Presqu'île Renote, Trégastel and the Sillon de Talbert.  The GR34 offers opportunities for discovery and memories to share with the whole family.</p>

<li>The Renote peninsula, a protected natural area, is a chaos of pink granite boulders. It offers breathtaking views of the Sept-Îles archipelago, the Ile du Gouffre, the Ploumanac'h lighthouse and the Château de Costaérès. 2 km walk</li>

<li>The Sillon de Talbert is a 3km stretch of sand and pebbles in the sea. A protected natural site, it is a bird nesting area in Pleubian.</li>

<h1>CONDITIONS OF SALE</h1>
<p>Arrivals from 5 p.m., time for us to prepare your gîtes and gardens.
Departures <strong>before 10am</strong>. An earlier departure is always possible. Please let us know the day before.</p>
<p><strong>The price</strong> : The price includes all charges (water, electricity, heating).
For the guest houses: la maison d'Amandine, le repère de Julie &amp; le rêve de Jules: wood is provided <strong>from 15 September to 15 May</strong>. We supply 4 packs of 8 logs of compressed wood. Additional logs: €8 per pack.</p>
<h2>BOOKING</h2>
<p><strong>Payment</strong> Reservations become effective once we have received your deposit (50% of the price of the stay). The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. Customers who have not paid the balance by the agreed date are considered to have cancelled their stay. In this case, the gîte will be offered for rental again and no refund will be made. For stays booked less than 45 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.</p>
<p><strong>The security deposit</strong> is €300.</p>
<p><strong>Tourist tax</strong> is €0.85 per night per adult.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation</strong>
All cancellations must be notified to the owner by registered letter or by email with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to the les Cirés Jaunes
1 - Cancellation before 91 days before arrival: refund of sums paid.
2 - Cancellation between 90 and 45 days before arrival: 50% deposit retained by the owner.
3 - Cancellation 45 days before arrival: 100% is due to the owner.
4 - Shortened stays or no-shows are non-refundable and the owner may re-let your stay.

<p><strong>Capacity</strong> This contract is for a specific number of people.</p>
<h2>YOUR DEPARTURE</h2>
<p><strong>On your departure</strong>, we will carry out an inventory of fixtures together.</p>
<p><strong>The security deposit</strong> will be returned on your departure, if the inventory of fixtures at the end of your stay does not reveal any damage, loss or insufficient cleaning. Any loss or damage will be invoiced at new price and deducted from the security deposit.</p>
<p><strong>Cleaning</strong>
Cleaning service is compulsory</p>

<li>2-bedroom gîte: €80</li>
<li>3-bedroom gîte: €100</li>
</ul>
<p>If you have subscribed to the cleaning service, all you have to do is put the dishes away, empty the bins and sweep up. Thank you for leaving the gîte in good condition.</p>
<h2>YOUR STAY</h2>
<p>**Dogs ** are accepted with the formal agreement of the owner. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation. 5 € per day per dog 1 DOG PER GITE.</p>
<p>**Houses are strictly non-smoking **.</p>
<p><strong>Holiday accommodation insurance</strong> Check with your insurance company to see whether your comprehensive home insurance policy includes an extension for holiday accommodation. If not, we advise you to take out holiday insurance.</p>

<h3>Wood-burning stoves</h3>
<p>All our gîtes are equipped with wood-burning stoves. Wood is supplied from October to the end of April - 4 boxes of 8 logs or equivalent for a week's rental. Before your arrival, we will prepare a fire for you to light.</p>
<h3>Selective sorting.</h3>
<p>We ask our guests to sort their rubbish. A gesture for the planet</p>
<h4>Yellow bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>All metal packaging: tins, cans, aluminium trays, aerosols, coffee capsules.</li>
<li>All paper and cardboard packaging in the yellow bin: food cartons, pizza boxes, egg cartons, paper bags, yoghurt pots.</li>
<li>All plastic packaging: water bottles, orange juice, toothpaste tubes.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Brown or green bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Anything that cannot be recycled.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Black bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Put glass bottles and jam jars separately, without metal, plastic or other caps.</li>
</ul>
<p>If the bins are not sorted, or are sorted incorrectly, they will no longer be collected by the waste collection company. We will therefore deduct from your deposit the time spent doing this for you (€50 per hour).</p>
