<h1>Rates for gîtes</h1>
<p>Prices are per week, including charges (water, electricity, heating). For the cottage la M. d'Amandine, le repère de Julie and la M. de Saint Ké: Wood is supplied from 15 September to 15 May. We supply 4 packs of 8 logs of wood. Additional compressed logs: €8 per pack.
We provide bed, bathroom linen and kitchen linen - bed made on arrival
In June, July, August &amp; September priority every 14 days.</p>

<h1>CONDITIONS OF SALE</h1>
<p>Arrivals from 5 p.m., time for us to prepare your cottage and gardens.
Departures <strong>before 10am</strong>. An earlier departure is always possible. Please let us know the day before.</p>
<p><strong>The price</strong> : The price includes all charges (water, electricity, heating).
For the guest houses: la maison d'Amandine, le repère de Julie &amp; la maison de Saint-Ké: wood is provided <strong>from 15 September to 15 May</strong>. We supply 4 packs of 8 logs of compressed wood. Additional logs: €8 per pack.</p>
<h2>BOOKING</h2>
<p><strong>Payment</strong> Reservations become effective once we have received your deposit (50% of the price of the stay). The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. Customers who have not paid the balance by the agreed date are considered to have cancelled their stay. In this case, the gîte will be offered for rental again and no refund will be made. For stays booked less than 45 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.</p>
<p><strong>The security deposit</strong> is €300.</p>
<p><strong>The tourist tax</strong> is paid to the commune of your holiday destination - per night and per adult (18 years)</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation</strong>
All cancellations must be notified to the owner by registered letter or by email with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to the les Cirés Jaunes
1 - Cancellation before 91 days before arrival: refund of sums paid.
2 - Cancellation between 90 and 45 days before arrival: 50% deposit retained by the owner.
3 - Cancellation 45 days before arrival: 100% is due to the owner.
4 - Shortened stays or no-shows are non-refundable and the owner may re-let your stay.

<p><strong>Capacity</strong> This contract is for a specific number of people.</p>
<h2>YOUR DEPARTURE</h2>
<p><strong>On your departure</strong>, we will carry out an inventory of fixtures together.</p>
<p><strong>The security deposit</strong> will be returned on your departure, if the inventory of fixtures at the end of your stay does not reveal any damage, loss or insufficient cleaning. Any loss or damage will be invoiced at new price and deducted from the security deposit.</p>
<p><strong>Cleaning</strong>: Cleaning service is compulsory</p>

<li>Gîte 1 bedroom: €70</li>
<li>2-bedroom gîte: €80</li>
<li>3-bedroom gîte: €100</li>
</ul>
<p>If you have subscribed to the cleaning service, all you have to do is put the dishes away, empty the bins and sweep up. Thank you for leaving the gîte in good condition.</p>
<h2>YOUR STAY</h2>
<p>**Dogs ** are accepted with the formal agreement of the owner. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation. 5 € per day per dog 1 DOG PER GITE.</p>
<p>**Houses are strictly non-smoking **.</p>
<p><strong>Holiday accommodation insurance</strong> Check with your insurance company to see whether your comprehensive home insurance policy includes an extension for holiday accommodation. If not, we advise you to take out holiday insurance.</p>

<h3>Wood-burning stoves</h3>
<p>All our gîtes are equipped with wood-burning stoves. Wood is supplied from October to the end of April - 4 boxes of 8 logs or equivalent for a week's rental. Before your arrival, we will prepare a fire for you to light.</p>
<h3>Selective sorting.</h3>
<p>We ask our guests to sort their rubbish. A gesture for the planet</p>
<h4>Yellow bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>All metal packaging: tins, cans, aluminium trays, aerosols, coffee capsules.</li>
<li>All paper and cardboard packaging in the yellow bin: food cartons, pizza boxes, egg cartons, paper bags, yoghurt pots.</li>
<li>All plastic packaging: water bottles, orange juice, toothpaste tubes.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Brown or green bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Anything that cannot be recycled.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Black bin:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Put glass bottles and jam jars separately, without metal, plastic or other caps.</li>
</ul>
<p>If the bins are not sorted, or are sorted incorrectly, they will no longer be collected by the waste collection company. We will therefore deduct from your deposit the time spent doing this for you (€50 per hour).</p>
